A mother discovers a magical medieval world within her child’s cardboard castle.

This live-action short film was created in a virtual production studio, Stray Vista in collaboration with Texas A&M Visualization. It explores the profound connection between a mother and her child, using a cardboard castle as a portal to a lifelike medieval world—a visual expression of a child’s boundless creativity and a mother’s love.

Designed using cardboard textures to seamlessly match the real on-set cardboard accessories. The concept was to visually represent the child’s imagination—a magical medieval world brought to life through the cardboard castle in his room, as discovered by his mother.
